Gets a copy of the package.json object for the current npm project.
Parameters
- args:
      | FileSystem
      | { fs: FileSystem; console?: Logger }
      | { console: Logger; fs?: FileSystemType.Args }
  A FileSystem instance to use or arguments to use to construct one.
Returns Partial<Json.PackageJson>
The parsed package.json file contents.

Throws
ProjectError — If no FileSystem instance was passed or there was not enough information to construct one.
